SDK!
SDK stands for Software Development Kit. Today’s software world it is necessary that all industry have to be fast and efficient enough to full fil the marketing requirement on there finger count.
It is important that every industry don't want to develop there product from scratch. There must be something which can be re-use to develop new product portfolio. This is where SDK comes in picture.
Who develop SDK ?
Software experts who know about best coding practices, design principles and enough knowledge of product for which they are building SDK. Writing code for SDK is not big deal. The biggest part is SDK developer should know how product behaves. It is also true that SDK can not be build in one or two month time frame. It take time to build a beautiful thing.
Why Need SDK ?
SDKs make developers’ jobs much easier by providing the following:
Access to constituent parts and instructions for software development: There is one source of requirement to build the product within the industry.
Faster and smoother integrations: SDKs simplify the standard processes needed and provide ready access to information needed.
Shorter development cycle, getting products deployed and into market more efficiently: Because an SDK is built to inform, equip and provide shortcuts to development, developers can focus on developing the product they’ve planned.
Built-in support and expertise: No need to search for answers or hire out to augment your team; SDKs come pre-loaded with expertise in the code already written and the support documentation included.
Cost control: All of the above enable you to better adhere to an established budget during development and post-deployment.
In my next blog I will explain what SDK contains and how it works.
